Namaste! πŸ™πŸ½

I am a certified Sound Therapist, Singing Bowl and Gong Master based in Nepal. After a magical tour in 2019 I will be touring again in South Africa March - May 2020 to treat your beautiful souls with Singing Bowls, Gongs and Ting-Shas from the Himalaya. πŸ™‚

Everything in the universe is vibrating energy, from the biggest mountain or ocean, to the tiniest blade of grass, to each individual cell in our body. I invite you brothers and sisters to experience what it's like to vibrate in harmony with nature and your higher consciousness. 90 minutes of unique healing vibrations from singing bowls, as used in ancient eastern meditation practices, crafted by metal alchemists in the Himalaya, will guide you into the inner and outer worlds of the universe.

”Gerrit’s Himalayan Sound Bath allow you to immerse in the vibrations of the Singing Bowls & Gongs, reconnecting to your spirit, the land and life-force. Sound vibrations from the Sound Bowls massage every cell in the body – inducing alpha brain waves patterns, helping you to access deeper spaces of meditation, your body intelligence and intuitive power. This creates life changing healing on a deep cellular level, literally shaking loose blocked energy in the physical, mental and spiritual bodies. From this deep place of awareness each person is self empowered to heal and make positive change.”

We will start the Ceremony with chanting and breathing to prepare our mind and body to receive the sound. After that we will comfortably lay down and close our eyes. We will continue with a sound and vibrational journey using Himalayan Singing Bowls, Gong and Ting-Shas. Sound Meditation is a meditation technique that brings deep physical and mental rest. For thousands of years, sound has been used in ancient cultures to shift the mind to higher states of awareness and promote overall wellbeing. Body and mind are submerged in sound and attune to the harmonising frequencies and vibrations produced by the Tibetan singing bowls. Brain waves slow down, affecting every cell in the body, shifting the whole being into a state of ease. Energy is moved through the seven energy centres, or chakras (base, sacral, navel, heart, throat, eyebrow center, crown) releasing blockages.
Sound meditation is a wonderful tool to experience the transformative power of meditation.
